I would attempt to write this entire post in Spanish but 1) I don't know Spanish and 2) If I did and you don't, you wouldn't be able to read this important message.

I'm still in the process of getting super plugged back into the blog world. At one time I sort of got sick and fed up with blogging. Anyway that's another story.

Anyway the feeds are back up, please grab them, they will not change names or locations or anything else. I feel like I owe anyone who has read the feed in the past an apology because I've put them up and down so many times. Anyway here you go.
