By far one of the most inspiring sites. Whenever I'm having designer-block I head to Design Meltdown for some fresh ideas. The site is ran by Patrick McNeil who is both a programmer and designer. The tag line on the site says "Design Elements, Trends & Problems in Web Design" which is perfectly put.
