Time for another Caps entry. This time I'm keeping it local with my favorite brewery of all time: Schlafly. This No. 15 brew is the tool I use to get people in the door and it even got Sarah to start trying (and now liking) beer.
This is the start of a new series I've been dying to do. Last year I started collecting bottle caps from my favorite brews. My goal in this series is to photograph the cap, talk about the beer (maybe some history) and explain why I think it's so tasty. So the first up is Ayinger, a beer I first enjoyed in Germany when I was around 17 years old...
Alright I've been made fun of recently for my love of Schlafly but seriously, who doesn't love it? If you have not tried Schlafly beer, please read the following list to make sure that your reason is an acceptable one.
I'm forcing myself to start a new series. I'm going to try my hardest to do this once a week. Pick 1 object or 1 theme and in one brief session come up with 10 images. I thought hey, why not start with my favorite beverage? Schlafly!
