Time for another Caps entry. This time I'm keeping it local with my favorite brewery of all time: Schlafly. This No. 15 brew is the tool I use to get people in the door and it even got Sarah to start trying (and now liking) beer.
This is the start of a new series I've been dying to do. Last year I started collecting bottle caps from my favorite brews. My goal in this series is to photograph the cap, talk about the beer (maybe some history) and explain why I think it's so tasty.
