Update on Jack
Jack, my son, is growing up fast. He's making noises, he drools, his poop even smells like poop now. He's teething, is trying to walk and is hard to hold because he's always grabbing at something.

I love the little dude though. He's growing up so fast. Even at this point in his early stages I can see parts of me and Sarah in the way he behaves. He's going to be really smart like his Mom, I can already tell. He's definitely got my drive to experience and learn new things. And sure, doesn't every kid? Yes, but I think in this case probably more than usual. Just a hunch, though.

    Last weekend we took a trip to Delmar to visit Uncle James and Aunt Diana at Blueberry Hill in the Loop. We had a great time, in fact we're making a commitment to take him out more. We sit around too much!

    Although I've been talking about him everywhere, this is the first official post dedicated to my new baby Jack. He was born on April 16th at 1:17PM. He weighed 8 pounds and 0.4 ounces and was 22 inches long.

    Ok so I'm late to the punch on everything around here. But I am pulling through with some belly pics. I even took my dumb hat off and did my hair to get in one of these photos. Baby is due this friday! (more photos below)

  • IT'S A BOY! Ultrasound Scans!

    Ok I'm clearly late on posting these ultrasound scans. Look closely and you'll see the date is from the 20th of November. Better late than never!

  • Guess who is having a baby?

    It's a dream come true for me. Pretty soon there will be another little Holst running around! We're both very excited! I don't even know what to say!

You think he's cute now... Just wait. My 18-month old son just learned how to take his diaper off and throw poop everywhere. Yeah. It's coming to a home near you. Be afraid.

oh you just wait, at 14 and 6'1 and super sporty, i don't even want to tell you what those cute little feet will morph into, fabreze just doesn't even cut it ... ;-)
